I adore my denim shirt with the Mickey mouse print, its so fun and cute and can be dressed up or down. Wear it over a pair of skinny jeans with sneakers or tuck it into a skirt and pop a pair of heels on and your looking fabulous. I am totally up for mix and matching casual and glamorous pieces, i think it gives it a more stylish and unique touch. Im not afraid to wear high-street pieces and mix low price point items with designer, because i really do believe, its not what you wear, its how you wear it, and the art in that comes from styling.

A washed out oversized denim print dress clinched in at the waist - what can be more desert perfect than this? With its drooped sleeves and large pockets on the chest i felt like i was ready to hit the safari. But of course, i was attending a fashion event, and it just wouldn't be right to let this cute little number out in the wild (see what i did there) all by itself, so i dressed it up with a pair of strappy heels and chunky sunglasses to add some pizazz and i was front row ready.

In a professional setting where i have to concentrate on work, i like to dress the part. The basics to formal wear - shirt and a pencil skirt with pointy heels. Now of course being in fashion i get to be a little more creative, wearing a slouchy shirt and studded heels to replace the norm. I think my new bob cut also works pretty well with this look :)

Day one in Fashion Forward Dubai and i wore this burnt orange/brown and cobalt blue combo. I absolutely love the drape on the jacket and worn with these stroppy heels gives it a special touch.

I love combining grey with yellow, its very sleek, sophisticated and refreshing. I think depending on the tone of yellow, this colour combination can look good on everyone.

Out to celebrate the Persian New Year i wore a pretty pink sequin top with a pencil skirt. Feminine and girly at the same time, this outfit accentuates the figure without being revealing.

Skirt: Carla's Closet
