I love to play with colour and out to dinner I went for a very bold and bright ensemble. I mean, why not?

My mother was in town for a very short but of course sweet visit. For dinner i wore this pretty polo neck, long sleeve lace blouse with my go to versatile skorts. I adore this top, even though i struggle with high neck tops generally because i feel claustrophobic, however this little number was just too girly and feminine to resist. I wore a jewelled neck piece on top, just to add some extra glam to the outfit.

Skorts: Zara
Bag: Saint Laurent

Fur, Denim, Lace. I love mixing textures. Studying fashion in university got me obsessed with textures, i like to feel fabrics as i walk through shops, if you ever shop with me, you will always see me grab clothes as i walk by just to have a feel of the material. So if you see a looney doing this, chances are, its me! lol. In this outfit, I'm wearing a girly lace skirt, a denim shirt with jewels on the collar and a super soft and cosy sleeveless fur hoody. Details are listed below as usual:

Shirt: Hollister
Skirt: Forever 21
Hoody: Forever 21
Bag: Dolce & Gabbana
Shoes: Gucci

Running errands is never fun, and usually I'm in a rush, so i don't really have the time for accurate makeup or a fancy outfit, the only thing that's in my head is to be comfortable, and that means uber casual yet practical. This results in picking outfits in about five minutes - putting them together in my head before i even get out of bed!

Top: Primark UK
Jeans: Hollister
Shoes: Massimo Dutti
Bag: Dolce & Gabbana

Glamming up for the Benefit Loves Swarovski event, i opted for a pretty purple gem colour skirt. With a tutu underneath i felt so pretty and girly in this shape. I dressed the black top and stappy heels with a beautiful clutch with pearls and jewels print and a huge amethyst stone on the front. Wore a thin black belt on the skirt to pull the outfit together. P.S. excuse Hoby's photobombing! lol

Top: Forever 21
Skirt: Coast
Shoes: Alexander McQueen
Bag: Bloom & Mellow

This outfit took about five minutes to put together, i love to dress up and look girly with a pretty dress and heels, but i just as much love lounging in casuals. Growing up i was always the tomboy, having hardly any girlfriends. Spending my weekends climbing trees and cycling or playing football with my brothers and their friends. I would cry every time my mum showed me a skirt, and my dad would worry i would never find a guy because i was too much of one myself! Haha. Oh but all that changed when i started University. Studying Fashion Design there was a lack of guys in my class, and this is where i started to make actual girlfriends, and started exploring my more feminine side.

Shocking to some now but dressing down and in my sneakers is definitely not a foreign ground to me and everytime I'm in my nikes, i feel like running - Strange! lol. And it was only right to put my hair up in a messy pony. I did manage to keep it cute still by having the Mickey Mouse print all over my top. Haha. Which do you prefer? The dresses and heels or the denims and sneakers?

I love the jewellery sold in Marc by Marc Jacobs, they're so cute, fun and the prices are reasonable too. This gorgeous ring reminds me of a stamp, with the logo literally stamped on the ring, its a statement in itself. I bought the white and gold colour combination to match everything. There were three colour choices, so if your not loving this one like i am, check out the other two colours along with the other pieces in the store.

'It's not what you wear, it's how you wear it'! I so believe in this statement! You don't necessarily have to spend bucks on an outfit to look good, you just need to shop smart! Before purchasing an item try to visualise how you will wear it, i.e. how you would accessories with what you already have at home. I don't tend to wear a lot of fitted dresses, because like any other girl I'm very conscious about my figure, and a lot of breathing-in takes place when wearing this little number! Either way, every time i wear this dress i get lots of compliments. And believe it or not, i bought this about a year ago from Primark in the UK, maybe for about £16 (guessing here, but definitely under £20) and that is a bargain! Dressing it up with these nude pumps and clutch and some hollywood waves in my hair, it looks nothing like the price tag!

I love me some irony! Being a blogger and spotting this t-shirt with the words, 'I'm not a blogger' stamped across the chest was a definite must buy for me. I also love lose and baggy tee's especially in a stretch jersey fabric. I the statement top with this adorably cute skirt, so fitted at the waist and blooms out at the hem with large pleats. I love this shape skirt, it really accentuates your waist line. And with this burnt orange colour, its the perfect item for fall. Keeping it cute, i tied a silk floral print silk scarf on my head in a bow, and further accessorised with a leopard print bag and beige canvas ballerinas.
