We all love hot summer days, especially here in the UK as its never a guarantee. But sometimes on these hot days you just want to keep your hair and makeup simple and wear the lightest and most flowy items you find. And you can't get better than this white blouse. I actually bought the top from Forever 21's plus size section, and i liked it so much i also bought it in the peachy/blush colour. I love the lace detail on the shoulder and collar, and the loose fitting is so comfortable to wear. I wore the top with mint green shorts to add a a bit of colour, and a pair of flip flops with woven fabric and crystal stone details, oh so pretty. Accessorised with dainty gold necklaces and finished the look with sweet candy coloured lips.

Channeling into the more urban street wear style, its all about comfort, attitude and details. In terms of comfort i put on this soft black jumper with the words Homies, South Central written across the front in gold. Still on the comfort front, i put my hair up in a quick donut. This hairstyle has many benefits, very quick to do, no need to straighten or even blow dry your hair so it illuminates any heat damaging. Perfect for humidity, with some hairspray, your hair is kept in place without the annoying fly-aways / frizziness or unwanted waves and curls, and even a perfect choice if your going to the pool, beach or waterpark. Hair in place and still chic, and of course lets face it, when its hot outside you don't want your hair around your face or neck, up up and away!

I draped my neck with two different length necklaces. Wore gold stud earrings and a statement ring with the word 'love' written across two fingers. Kept my eyes simple, just a thick eyeliner on top and a dark lippy to add a bit of attitude to the look.

Summer is the best excuse to wear bright, bold colours with confidence; not just as clothes but even as your makeup. It's that season to freely experiment and have fun!
On this particular look I'm wearing a bright green cardigan, enough to keep your arms warm from the summer breeze and more appropriately for me, the mall AC's back in Dubai. I love the flowy front and zip details. You can even fasten the zip for a total different look, a more sportier option than that of the floaty feminine style. I wore this cardigan with my navy skort and white Ballin Tshirt. Accessorised with a big chunky gold necklace for a more urban look, tied my hair up in a messy ponytale and wore a pop of yellow on my eyes and bright pink lips.

A night out in London and its unpredictable weather, i opted for a denim on denim look. A denim blouse tucked into a pair of jeans. I styled this simple look by rolling up the shirt sleeves and the hem of the jeans. Paired them with a paid of nude heels and clutch. I sleeked my hair back into a ponytail with a middle parting. To add a little glam to the outfit i wore big beautiful drop earrings with crystal and turquoise details.

A little sun, and a lot of wind, that was London's weather forecast that lead me to this outfit of the day. I wore a big thick chunky warm cosy jumper with this cute little leather skort. Teamed up with large black sunnies and a cute black hat. My red shiny patent leather moccasins and of course my new arm candy it bag! Grey, black and red was the theme.. the grey and black matching the london streets and weather and the pop of red to remind you its summer, or that it aught to be anyway!

Turquoise is totally my favourite colour. I am like a magpie to turquoise, or any shades of blue and mint green for that matter. I get drawn in to whatever it may be; shoes, clothes, jewellery, bags, cakes, flowers, okay maybe there aren't turquoise flowers, but if there were, they'd probably be my favourite.

Here is an image of a few items i wore out to dinner this week. This beautiful floral sheer halter neck top with a little flower on the neckline. These ballerina pumps with stripes of turquoise and gold, finished with a cute little bow on the front. This gorgeous clutch with a tusk-like detailing and gold chain, all complete with turquoise jewellery. This colour is easy to wear with white, or even other bright colours like coral, pink, yellow, (perfect for summer days) or even with black just to add that extra vava-voom to your outfit.

On my shopping trip to Gothenburg's mall - Nordstan, having avoided the sales in Dubai (as much as i could, and believe me its a very big challenge for me), I couldn't resist to check out the sales in Sweden, hoping for the prices to be cheaper than in Dubai (justifying my actions).  One of my finds was this cute white polo, with a sheer hemline and navy binding along the shoulder and the sleeve hems. I teamed it up with a very adorable slightly wide legged, navy pants with white polka dot details and a draw string waistline, another souvenir from one of the boutiques that i wasn't familiar with.

Growing up in the UK you learn to dress for all weather conditions, so on my trip to Sweden, knowing its a European country i knew i had to take a jacket of some sort, t-shirts, dresses, jumpers, sunglasses and an umbrella. Rummaging through my suitcase after seeing the sun shine through the hotel window i knew it would somehow deceive me, but nevertheless i hoped for a sun with warm rays like it aught to be.

Deciding between a sundress and a pair of jeans an a t-shirt, of course the sundress always sounds more appealing, but, i had to remind myself that it was Europe and i hadn't packed a cardigan to go with my sleeveless dress incase of gusty winds. So the jeans and t-shirt combo it is. Wait, is that enough or do i need a jacket? A navy blazer? Perfect. Now i should be warm enough when it gets cold, (and after removing my blazer), cool enough when it gets warm. Oh how i don't enjoy dressing for multi weather conditions. Even in Dubai, in its scorching sun, you have to do the same for the likes of the air conditioning inside the malls. My black and navy outfit chosen, i accessorised accordingly and left for my walk along the Avenue. Obviously it led me to Nordstan (Gothenburg's mall) for a spot of shopping.
